Only registered companies can post a job on TopJob. You can post a job for free or choose one of our tailored-made plans to get better results of your search.
How to create an employer account?
You can register your account with TopJob for free. Click on “Create and Account” button, fill in all required information and choose a package from which you want to start.
How to create CV on TopJob?
You can register your account with TopJob for free. Click on “Create and Account” button, fill in all required information, create new CV and start applying. We also can help you to create the most attractive CV.
How to update my company information?
Login to your Employer Account and from your home screen choose “Company Profile”. You can edit your company information any time you need.
Can anyone create a job post?
Only registered companies can create a job post.
How much does it cost to post a job?
You can post a job for free to test our services. You can select from the packages/plans to upgrade your account and use our featured services.
What payment methods does TopJob accept?
We have a high variety of available payment methods. In case you cannot find the method that you need, please contact our Sales Team so we can contact you with more information regarding our offers.
How long will it take for my job to be posted?
Each employer registration and job posting is reviewed by our admin and security team. It may take up to 1 working day to get it approved.
How can candidates contact potential employer?
Candidates will not be contacting potential employers directly. When candidates apply to your job, sign in to your account to see all the applicants.
How to view candidates profiles who apply to job post?
Sign in to your Employer account and click on the title of your job and you will be able to see all the applicants.
How to apply for a position I have found?
Go to “Jobs” page of the website and choose the job that you want to apply. On the selected job page, you need to click on “Apply” button and choose CV that you want to send to potential employer. Please don’t forget to add Cover letter to make better impression on your potential employer. If selected job is already expired, you can send a message to desired company.
How to create attractive CV for employers?
Sign in to your account, go to “Create CV” page in your dashboard and fill in all required fields. If it is your first time to create a CV, we can help you to find proper wording to make most attractive CV and show your skills in better ways. Please, contact our sales team for more details.
How to delete previous job post?
Sign in to your account, go to ” Manage Jobs” page from your dashboard. Choose the job that you want to delete and confirm action by clicking on button “Go”.
How to change or restore the password to my account?
If you are signed in to your account, go to the “Company profile” or “Setting” page from your dashboard. Enter your new password and the password confirmation and click the save button at the bottom to submit.
If you are not signed in, go to the “Sign In” page and click on the link to recover password. You will be directed on your future actions required. Please use your new password the next time you sign in to TopJob.
How to change email and phone number in my registered account?
Sign in to your account, go to the “Company profile” or “Setting” page from your dashboard. Enter your information and click the save button at the bottom to submit.
