VICO Logistics Vietnam – HCM Branch is looking for:
- Position: 2 DOCUMENT STAFFS (EXPORT)
- Location: Floor 4th, 953 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 7, Dist Tan Binh, HCMC
- JD:
– Received inquiries from customer/ oversea and arrange for booking
– Issuing bill of lading to customer.
– Follow and tracing cargo
– Input data on software system of company
– Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
– Issuing debit note, Cost note and send to customer for confirmation.
– Issuing Cost note, and support for advance payment.
– Send shipment’s pre-alert to destination’s agent and follow the release of shipments to the Consignee or destination’s customers
– Communicate with oversea branch offices and customers to follow up shipments.
– Other tasks should be assigned by Team leader.
- Requirement
-Above full-time university bachelor degree.
-1-2 years proved experiences in Shipping & Logistics at Freight Forwarders or Logistics companies
Business ability: excellent expression and communication skills.
