Your Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to optimize sales and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

New Customer Acquisition:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers, offering product information, and guiding them through the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and formulate strategies to approach them.
  • Generate a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns on diverse social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including images, videos, and written materials, to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to effectively communicate with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain and optimize our websites performance (SEO ranking).

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular reports to the management team.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide recommendations for product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on manufacturing or related industries for at least 3 years.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Experience in marketing, especially SEO, and B2B sales, particularly with e-commerce platforms like Alibaba and Amazon, is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and marketing metrics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken is required
