JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Work closely with Brand Director to identify training needs
– Responsible for Training documents, products for sales staff
– Prepare training materials and modify training guideline
– Provide field coaching and develop frontline staff to ensure they meet company standards.
– Check and evaluate sale employees frequently
– Conduct post-course evaluation to measure effectiveness of the trainings held
– Attending press conference, customer conference
– Details at the interview

REQUIREMENT
– Experience: 1-2 years in the related fields
– Graduated from related majors
– Good in English
– Ability to train and persuade
– Time management, specific planning
– Situational and metrics analysis skill
– Translate documents
– Experience in the cosmetic industry is an advantage
