Responsibilities:
- Dealing with business correspondence and document flow
- Preparing materials needed (Presentations, Documents)
- Initiate invoices, track payments
- Liaise with counterparties (in respect of agreements, payments, etc.)
- Process expenses reports
- Verbal and written translation
- Internal and external events support
- Other responsibilities.
