When our work is connected with people, it is always very useful to have at least some basic knowledge of one of personality assessment methodology. Therefore to create effective job post we should have better understanding of drivers that can motivate different types of people, tasks that may be interesting to ones and boring to others, ambitions that people may have. As a results, it will be very easy for us to use right words to be heard by right people.

As we can see people from different personality types will be very different, use absolutely different language, search for absolutely different type of work. Yes, for sure, all the people can actually do any work, but most effective they will be only by doing work that suits their personality.
So how we can apply this knowledge while creating job post?
First of all we need to always remember that if our job post for “red zone” vacancy is written using language of “yellow zone”, we will get “yellow zone” candidates not “red zone” that we are searching for.
