  • Maintain relationships, deploy partnership with new & existing partners.
  • Understand customer and business needs to find go-to-market strategy.
  • Planning for sales activities in Offline Stores & Partnership including: Listing, stock, promotions, Visibility, People.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to execute plan & achieve KPI in revenue, expansion.
  • Daily operation, react & fix issues to keep track with performance: visit store, build & manage PG team, POSM management.

Yêu cầu công việc

    • Experience in managing accounts in retails, FMCG, partnership is a plus
    • Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
    • Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel, cross cultural communication, self motivated.
    • Familiarity or adaptability with fast-paced startup environment
    • An “A-team” player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results
